This Privacy Policy describes how Fenley Media ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through our website and services. This page is maintained by Fenley Media as the app owner.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details — business name, contact name, email, phone, business address (optional, if applicable), color preferences, logos, and any notes you submit.
• Account information — email and (optional) full name when you create an account.
• Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe; we receive only the customer identifier, status, and last four digits of the card.
• Communication history — copies of transactional and approval emails we send you.

How we use your information

• Deliver the services you requested (designing, building, and maintaining your website).
• Send transactional emails: inquiry confirmations, approvals, receipts, and account notifications.
• Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.

Subprocessors

We rely on the following service providers to deliver our services:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, authentication, and storage for uploaded logos.
• Lovable Emails — sending transactional and authentication emails from notify.fenleymedia.com.

Data retention

We retain inquiry records and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide ongoing services. Payment records are retained for at least seven years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below); some records may be retained where required by law.

Security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to customer data is limited to the studio owner. Uploaded logos are stored in a private storage bucket; access is granted only through short-lived signed URLs.

Cookies

Our site uses only essential cookies needed for sign-in and session management. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request to:

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention).
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Unsubscribe from transactional email summaries via the link in any email.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
