Refund Policy

We want every client to feel good about working with Fenley Media. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Website Creation ($600 one-time)

  • Before work begins: Full refund available within 48 hours of payment, provided design work has not started.
  • After work begins: Refunds are prorated based on the work completed at the time of the request. Discovery, design drafts, and development hours already invested are non-refundable.
  • After final delivery: The project is considered complete and non-refundable once the final site has been delivered and accepted.

Website Maintenance ($25/month)

  • You may cancel your maintenance subscription at any time from your Account page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of maintenance already billed.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fenleymedia.com with your project name and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we'll work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before reaching out may delay resolution and result in suspension of services.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
